A night to remember

Yesterday I was at home most of the day. That was the perfect reason to start reading a book. Actually I started listening to an audiobook (www.audible.com).
Now that our world is ruled by criminals and the war is on the breakfast tables of the planet I can't stop thinking of what happened some days ago in Lebanon. And like a sign from above the book I choose to listen was Elie Wiesel's Night.
It is a terrible true story. The one written to let us remember what happened in one of our Human wars.
But why I found so good the book?
Because at that time, when innocent people were killed without a reason, the questions were the same than now. The reasons to support war were the same than now. The political tricks were the same than now.
It is important to let know our political leaders that we know their lies and tricks, that we are learning from history and of course that we will be against any decision where war is the goal or consequence.
Like Martin Luther King, an individual like you and me, we can make a difference and stop what we think is wrong for our future.
